然 Shikari

今回は、故あってアトリエではなく、Mさんのもとへ伺い、出張でAura Artを描かせていただきました。描かれた姿は一本の大樹のようでもあり、大地に深く根を張りながら、空へ向かって枝葉を広げていく生命そのもののようでした。

This time, for a particular reason, I painted not in my studio but at M-san's home. The figure that appeared was like a single great tree: life itself, rooting deep into the earth while spreading its branches and leaves toward the sky.

受けとったもの / What I Received

力まず
抗わず
ただ、その命を生きる。

Without straining, without resisting, simply living that life.

枝の一本一本は、これまで出会ってきた人、
積み重ねてきた時間、喜びや悲しみさえも
抱きながら伸びているように見えます。

Each branch seems to grow while holding the people I have met, the time that has piled up, and even joy and sorrow.

そして、この作品を後ろから光で透かした瞬間。
そこに現れたのは
大きな生命の輪。

And the moment light shone through this work from behind, what appeared was a great ring of life.

作品は僕が一方的に描くものではなく、
その人の人生と呼応しながら、
必要な姿となって現れてくるものなのだと。

A work is not something I paint one-sidedly. It resonates with that person's life and appears in the form it needs to take.

今回、この一枚から受け取ったメッセージは、
とてもシンプルでした。
「普通に生きること。」

The message I received from this painting was very simple: "Live an ordinary life."

朝、目が覚めること。
誰かと笑えること。
食事をすること。
今日という一日を過ごすこと。

Waking up in the morning. Laughing with someone. Eating a meal. Living through the day called today.

それを特別な奇跡としてではなく
「これが普通なんだ」
そう受け入れて生きること。

To live accepting these not as special miracles, but as "this is what ordinary is."

普通であることは、
何も起きないことではなく、
命があるがままに、
そこに在ることなのかもしれません。

Being ordinary may not mean that nothing happens, but that life simply is there, just as it is.

この作品がこれからもMさんのそばで、
静かに呼吸し続けてくれることを
願っています。

I hope this work will go on breathing quietly beside M-san.

きっと、普通とは、こういうことなんだ。

Surely, this is what ordinary means.
