ご依頼の流れ
ご予約 / Order Flow
1. お問い合わせ
当WEBサイトのコンタクトフォームよりご連絡ください。
「message」欄に、ご希望内容やご質問をできるだけ具体的にご記入いただくと、その後のご案内がスムーズになります。
Please contact us via the inquiry form on our website.
Including your wishes or questions in detail in the “message” field will help us assist you more smoothly.
2. オンラインお打ち合わせ
オンラインにてお打ち合わせを行い、内容を確認のうえお見積もりをご案内いたします。日程の候補は、後日事務局よりメールにてご案内いたします。
We will arrange an online meeting to discuss the details and provide a quotation. Proposed dates will be sent by our office via email.
3. ご希望内容の確認
お打ち合わせでは、以下の内容を中心にお伺いいたします。
- ご予約希望日（アトリエ来訪 または オンライン）
- 作品サイズ
- ご予算
During the meeting, we will confirm:
- Preferred date (Atelier visit or online)
- Artwork size
- Budget range
4. 利用規約のご確認
制作内容・キャンセルポリシー等を含む利用規約についてご説明いたします。ご不明な点がございましたら、遠慮なくお尋ねください。
We will explain the terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy. Please feel free to ask any questions.
5. ご決定内容とお支払い
決定事項をメールにてお送りいたします。
内容をご確認のうえ、下記いずれかの方法にてお支払いください。
- 銀行振込（振込手数料はお客様ご負担となります）
- クレジットカード決済（海外からのお客様のみ／VISA / MasterCard / AMEX）
（Square決済にて、請求書をEメールでお送りいたします）
お支払いは、予約日の1週間前まで（日本時間）にお願いいたします。
We will send a confirmation email with the agreed details.
Please complete payment by one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer (bank fees borne by the client)
- Credit card payment (international clients only; VISA / MasterCard / AMEX)
(Payment will be processed via a Square invoice sent by email.)
Payment must be completed at least one week before the scheduled date (JST).
6. お申し込みフォームの送付
ご入金確認後、「お申し込みフォーム」をメールにてお送りします。
After confirming payment, we will send you an application form by email.
7. ご同意の確認
お申し込みフォームへのご返信をもって、利用規約および制作条件にご同意いただいたものといたします。
※アトリエにお越しの場合は、当日ご記入いただくことも可能です。
By replying to the application form, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions. If you visit the atelier, the form may also be completed on the day.
8. ご予約完了
当社より「予約完了メール」をお送りした時点で、正式なご予約成立とさせていただきます。
Your reservation is officially confirmed once we send you a reservation confirmation email.
キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy
予約日時（日本時間）を起点として、
- 72時間前までのキャンセル：料金の50%
- 72時間未満のキャンセル：料金の100%
キャンセル料は、制作枠確保・準備・機会損失等の平均的な損害に基づき設定しております。
Cancellations are calculated based on the scheduled date and time (JST):
- Up to 72 hours before: 50% of the fee
- Less than 72 hours before: 100% of the fee
Cancellation fees are based on preparation costs, reserved time, and opportunity loss.
当日のセッションの流れ / Session Flow
アトリエにて / At the Atelier
1. セッションのはじまり
当日は特別な準備は必要ございません。普段通りの状態でお越しください。セッション全体で、約2時間半のお時間をいただきます。
はじめに約1時間ほど静かにお話をします。話す内容を事前に考えていただく必要はありません。その場の流れに身を委ねていただければ十分です。
No special preparation is required. Please come as you are. The entire session will take approximately 2.5 hours.
We begin with about one hour of quiet conversation. There is no need to prepare what to say in advance. Simply allow the moment to unfold naturally.
2. 制作
タイミングが整い次第、制作に入ります。制作時間は約1時間です。
その間はご同席のうえ、静かにお過ごしください。
When the moment feels right, the creation process begins.
The artwork takes approximately one hour to complete.
You are invited to remain present and wait quietly during this time.
3. セッションの終わり
完成した作品をご覧いただき、セッションは終了となります。
The session concludes once you have viewed the completed artwork.
オンラインにて / Online Session
1. 接続
ご予約時間になりましたら、カメラをオンにした状態でオンラインセッションにご参加ください。
専用の接続URLは、3日前までにメールにてお送りします。
At the scheduled time, please join the online session with your camera turned on.
A dedicated access link will be sent by email at least three days prior to the session.
2. オンラインセッション
30分〜1時間ほどお話をします。
特別な準備や心構えは必要ありません。
普段通りの状態でお話しください。
We will talk for approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
No preparation or specific mindset is required.
Please speak naturally, just as you are.
3. 制作と終了
オンラインセッション終了後、制作に入ります。
完成後、作品の写真をメールにてお送りし、セッション終了となります。
※作品写真の送付をご希望されない場合は、オンラインセッション終了時点で完了となります。
After the online session ends, the creation process begins.
Once completed, photographs of the artwork will be sent by email, and the session will conclude.
If you do not wish to receive photographs, the session is considered complete at the end of the online meeting.
このセッションで起こりうること / What May Happen
このセッションでは、以下のようなことが起こる場合があります。
- 言葉にしてこなかった想いや感覚が、自然に浮かび上がる
- 自分自身の輪郭が、静かに明確になる
- 長く抱えていた迷いや違和感が、言葉や感覚として整理される
- 完成した作品を見たときに、懐かしさや安心感を覚える
- 今後の人生や選択に対して、穏やかな確信が生まれる
これらはすべて、「何かを起こそうとして起こるもの」ではなく、必要なタイミングで、必要なかたちで現れるものです。
During this session, you may experience the following:
- Unspoken thoughts or feelings may naturally surface
- A clearer sense of your inner self may gently emerge
- Long-held confusion or discomfort may quietly settle into clarity
- Upon seeing the finished artwork, a sense of familiarity or calm may arise
- A quiet confidence toward future choices or direction may be felt
These experiences are not something we attempt to force. They appear naturally, in the way and at the timing that is right for you.
起こらないこと / What Will Not Happen
このセッションでは、以下のようなことは行いません。
- 未来を断定的に予言すること
- 特定の行動や決断を強く促すこと
- 感情を意図的に揺さぶること
- 信念や価値観を押し付けること
- 医療行為・治療・診断に該当すること
- 超常的な体験や特別な能力を保証すること
オーラアートは、誰かに答えを与えるものではなく、ご自身の内側にある感覚を、そっと映し出す行為です。
This session does not include any of the following:
- Predicting the future in a definitive way
- Urging specific actions or decisions
- Intentionally provoking strong emotions
- Imposing beliefs or values
- Any form of medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy
- Guarantees of supernatural experiences or special abilities
Aura Art is not about giving answers. It is about gently reflecting what already exists within you.
ひとつだけ大切なこと / One Important Note
このセッションの体験や感じ方は、人それぞれ異なります。
「何かを感じなければならない」ということはありません。
ただ、その時間をそのまま受け取っていただければ十分です。
Each person’s experience of the session is unique.
There is no requirement to feel or experience anything specific.
Simply being present in the moment is enough.

セッションの流れによって特殊なサイズになる可能性もございますが、飾りたい壁のサイズに合わせることも可能ですので、おおよそのご予算をお聞かせいただければ幸いです。
