Q1. セッション前に準備することはありますか？
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
特別な準備は必要ございません。
普段通りの状態でお越しください。
話す内容やテーマを事前に考えていただく必要もありません。
No special preparation is required. Please come as you are. There is no need to plan topics or prepare what to say in advance.
Q2. うまく話せるか不安です。
I’m not sure if I can express myself well. Is that okay?
問題ございません。上手に話すことや言葉にすることは求められていません。沈黙や言葉にならない時間も、そのまま大切に扱われます。
That is completely fine. You are not expected to speak eloquently. Silence and unspoken moments are also part of the experience.
Q3. 何か特別な体験や変化は起こりますか？
Will something special or transformative happen?
特定の体験や変化を保証するものではありません。感じ方や受け取り方は人それぞれ異なります。何かを感じなければならない、ということもありません。
No specific experience or outcome is guaranteed. Each person’s experience is different. There is no requirement to feel anything in particular.
Q4. 「心のコネクト」とは何ですか？
What does “connection of the heart” mean?
この言葉は、概念や仕組みとして説明されるものではありません。
それぞれが、ご自身の体験として受け取るものとして扱われます。
This term is not explained as a concept or mechanism.
It is treated as something to be experienced personally.
Q5. 医療や治療、カウンセリングに近いものですか？
Is this a form of medical treatment or counseling?
いいえ。本セッションは医療行為、治療、診断、または心理療法には該当しません。あくまでアートとしての体験です。
No. This session is not medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. It is an artistic experience.
Q6. 悩みや問題を解決してもらえますか？
Will my problems be solved through this session?
誰かが答えを与えたり、問題を解決する場ではありません。ご自身の内側にある感覚を、静かに見つめる時間として設けられています。
This is not a place where answers or solutions are provided. It is a time to quietly reflect on what exists within you.
Q7. オンラインとアトリエでは内容に違いがありますか？
Is there a difference between online and atelier sessions?
進め方や時間配分に違いはありますが、体験の本質に大きな違いはありません。
While the format and timing may differ, the essence of the experience remains the same.
Q8. 完成した作品はどのように受け取りますか？
How will I receive the finished artwork?
アトリエでのセッションでは、完成後その場でご覧いただきます。
オンラインの場合は、完成後に作品写真をメールにてお送りします。
※写真送付をご希望されない場合も可能です。
For atelier sessions, you will view the artwork on site once completed.
For online sessions, photographs will be sent by email.
Receiving photographs is optional.
Q9. 作品はどれくらいで納品されますか？
How long does delivery take?
通常、完成後1〜3ヶ月ほどでの納品となります。制作状況や内容により前後する場合がございます。
Delivery typically takes approximately 1 to 3 months after completion. The schedule may vary depending on the artwork.
Q10. 額装はどのようになりますか？
How is framing handled?
作品の額装は、基本的にこちらにお任せいただいております。作品の佇まいや空気感を大切にしながら、一点一点に合わせて額装を選定いたします。
※額装費は、作品料金とは別途となります。
Framing is generally entrusted to us. Each frame is carefully selected to suit the presence and atmosphere of the artwork.
Framing costs are not included in the artwork price.
Q11. 配送費はかかりますか？
Are shipping fees included?
東京近郊への配送は、配送料無料にて承ります。その他の地域につきましては、別途配送料が発生いたします。
Delivery within the Tokyo metropolitan area is free of charge.
For other regions, additional shipping fees will apply.
Q12. 海外への配送は可能ですか？
Do you offer international shipping?
海外への配送をご希望の場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。
配送方法・費用・納期等につきまして、個別にご案内いたします。
If you require international shipping, please contact us in advance. Shipping methods, fees, and delivery schedules will be provided on an individual basis.
Q13. 子どもや家族での依頼は可能ですか？

可能です。詳細につきましては、お問い合わせ時にご相談ください。

Q14. セッション後に気をつけることはありますか？
Is there anything I should do after the session?
特別な行動や変化を求める必要はありません。日常に戻り、その時間の余韻をそのまま受け取ってください。
There is nothing specific you need to do afterward. Simply return to your daily life and allow the experience to settle naturally.
